We have a small herd of currently 19 Pedigree registered Jersey Cows. These small, usually brown, cows are native to the Island of Jersey and are famed for producing rich, creamy milk. We milk the cows twice a day, at 6.30 am and 4.30pm, so we have a supply of fresh milk every day.
In addition, buying raw milk from your local producer supports farms, families, the local economy and environment.
This milk has not been heat treated and may therefore contain organisms harmful to health.

We are allowing reservations of a small amount of milk each week. There will be milk available in the farm shop each day for those not wanting to reserve, until it is sold.
