 Approx 25 kgs for a whole lamb. Butchered to your requirements or as follows:
Half lamb - 2x half shoulders, 2x half legs, 1x rack of lamb, chops, neck fillet, mince, offal.
Whole lamb- 2x half shoulders, 1 x whole shoulder, 2x half legs, leg steaks, 1 x rack of lamb, cutlets, chops, neck fillet, mince, offal.
Please add a note to your order if you would like it butchered differently to this.
Collection only from Weylands Farm on Wednesday 4th February from 2pm to 6pm, Thursday 5th to Saturday 7th February between 9am and 6pm. Please indicate which day you would like to collect when ordering.
Choose to pay in full or a deposit with the balance payable on collection. Cancelled orders can only be refunded if we can resell the lamb.
